An Official Teaser Trailer Emerges from the Murky Depths of the ‘Lake of Shadows’

We’ve been keeping a close eye on Michael S. Rodriguez’s Lake of Shadows: The Legend of Avocado Lake for some time now, and with good reason. The film stars a slew of talent and is just brimming at the seems ready to burst! So, care to take a very early peek at the film? The film stars Dawn Wildsmith, Melantha Blackthorne, Robert LaSardo, Felissa Rose, Marv Blauvelt, Elissa Dowling, Kevin Thomsen, Sarah French, Michael Wainwright, Tiffani Brooke Fest, Tina Johnson, Cesar Ramos Zamora, and Jared Michael Degado.

Synopsis: Three aspiring film makers venture to a mysterious lake resort to uncover a story on a local legend. As they get closer to the truth, the danger follows. Before they know it they are thrust into a fight for their lives and the truth about Avocado lake… Based on true cases.

Michael S. Rodriguez stated the following;

I believe Lake of Shadows has tremendous potential to be quite a successful and entertaining film, but in order to bring this project to life we need your help. Our film follows a group of young aspiring film makers as they set out to uncover the truth about a local urban legend at a mysterious lake resort.

Lake of Shadows will combine the sub genre of found footage and traditional horror as the team seeks out a legend of a large man eating fish that lives in Avocado Lake. For what we are asking in budget, it is very modest compared to most film budgets today.

The amount we need is to compensate cast and crew as well as provide meals and lodging, not to mention the assortment of practical SFX we plan to use to make this big fish tale one you will never forget…..
