Early Details for James Franco’s Post-Apocalypse Film ‘Future World’
From James Franco comes his latest flick Future World, a film which certainly lends its hand to the world of Mad Max, and that is absolutely fine with me. At this time we have some early details and a small piece of sales art, but at least it gives you a flavor of what to expect. Also the cast certainly has us intrigued. Read on for more.
The film stars James Franco, Milla Jovovich, Lucy Liu, Suki Waterhouse, Method Man, Snoop Dogg, and Jeffrey Wahlberg.
Synopsis: In a post-apocalyptic world, where water and gasoline have long since dried-up, a Prince from the Oasis (one of the last known safe-havens) must venture out to find medicine for the ailing Queen, but along the way he gets mixed up with The Warlord and his robot Ash, which leads to a daring journey through the desolate Wastelands.
Future World is written by Bruce Thierry Cheung, Jay Davis, and Adam Rager.
Monika Bacardi, Jay Davis, James Franco, and Andrea Iervolino are all on producing duties.
The film is currently in post-production with AMBI Distribution handling the film. As soon as we know more we will let you guys know. But for now, is this something that you’ll be keeping an eye out for?
