First Details and Poster for Korean Flick ‘Ghastly’
This past week I’ve being trying to give the Korean’s some love, by introducing you guys to some upcoming movies making their way out of Korea. Hopefully they will see the light of day on our shores as International films have become more accessible but still some never make it out of their country.
Anyway, the latest film that is set to be released from Korea is a little horror/mystery titled Ghastly (Gisaeng Ryung). The film according to the Korean site Nate is directed by Yang Yun-Ho (Grand Prix & Holiday) which also stars T-ara Hyomin who also appears to be a huge star in Korea.
After roughly translating the synopsis, it goes something like this:
“Gisaeng Ryung is about a the soul of a murdered child entering the body of another child, who uses the host to avenge herself by committing various acts of murder.”
Not much else is know at this time but the film will also be in 3D and is set for a Summer release in Korea.
