First Official Image of the New Ghostbusters

As far as badass stoic-looking publicity images go, this one is a pretty good one.  Sony has released the “first official”image of Paul Feig’s “Ghostbusters.”  I use quotes because I thought this was the first official image, but whatever, let’s put semantics aside and get to the picture.

The image below features , Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon, Kristen Wiig, and Leslie Jones rocking some pretty sweet looking photon packs.  I really love the glowing tips on those things, it makes them look like industrial tools.

Paul Feig’s “Ghostbusters” is set to release next year on July 15th.
