Here’s Our First Look at the Upcoming ‘Saw’ Sequel ‘Jigsaw’
Hey guys. Hey… Hey, guess what? This first image from “Jigsaw” sure gives me a sinking feeling.
Ahahahaha. Oh man, we have fun around here.
Comic Con is next week and the upcoming entry in the “Saw” franchise, “Jigsaw” will reportedly have a presence at the con. What this actually means remains to be seen, but there’s a possibility we could get our first trailer. However, while we wait for next week to come around EW weekly has our first image from the film.
The still image below features actress Laura Vandervoort in some sort of quicksand-type trap. In fact, it looks like she’s in a silo with a bunch of grain. Remember when Harrison Ford killed that guy in a grain silo in “The Witness”? That freaked me out as a kid, so if it’s anything like that it should be terrifying.
As for the plot of “Jigsaw” EW tried to pry some details out of directors Peter and Micheal Spierig, but here’s all they would reveal:
Bodies are turning up, and they’re linked to Jigsaw — or a Jigsaw copycat.
So, yeah, pretty vague still. And what of Tobin Bell? Well the brothers say that Tobin Bell’s DNA is all over the film. Gross.
Stay tuned next week as we hopefully learn some new details about “Jigsaw” which hits theaters on October 27th.
