Kate Beckinsale to Join Eliza Graves
Kate Beckinsale to star in a horror film that isn’t Underworld related? Color me interested. According to THR Kate has signed up to play the lead role in the upcoming psychological thriller Eliza Graves.
Kate would play the titular character who is a Harvard Medical School grad working in an insane asylum. While there she falls in love with one of the doctors, but things take a turn for the worse when she realizes the inmates have taken over the hospital.
The film is going to be directed by Brad Anderson who just released The Call into theaters. While that film is receiving lukewarm reviews, Brad’s previous film, Session 9, was better received by the horror community. Perhaps this new project will do just as well given that it sounds like Graves is sharing a similar setting to Session 9.
