Kennedi Clements Is Cast in the Poltergeist Remake
MGM and Fox 2000′s remake of Poltergeist, appears to be chugging along at a steady speed. Recently we received word that Jared Harris had joined the remake and now we know who will play the role of the little girl.
According to the folks over at Deadline, Kennedi Clements (A Family Thanksgiving, Home for Christmas) has joined Gil Kenan’s Poltergeist remake. Clements will play “Madison, the little girl (named Carol Ann in the 1982 original) who meets up with nasty ghosts in her TV.”
The film also stars Sam Rockwell, Rosemarie DeWitt, and Kyle Catlett.
Synopsis: In a revisionist take on the classic horror film, a family struggling to make ends meet relocates to an outdated suburban home and is confronted by an angry spirit who kidnaps their youngest daughter and challenges them to band together to rescue her from the clutches of evil.
