Mad Max Releases Latest Gameplay Trailer
The newest trailer for Avalanche Studio’s Mad Max game is still a little heavy on the CG side of things, presenting a wandering Max roaming the apocalyptic outback. However, there’s a solid chunk at the end of the trailer that gives us our first look at the vehicular madness that’ll go down in the upcoming game.
Given Avalanche’s resume of games like Just Cause and Just Cause 2, there’s a good chance that the vehicle combat will be as insanely fun as it looks. The hand-to-hand combat also looks pretty visceral with Max breaking bones and snapping necks in intense encounters. It’s a shame that Max doesn’t look like Mel Gibson, but as long as he has a badass Aussie accent I think we can call it even.
Mad Max will drop on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 next year.
