Official Release Date For Silent Hill: Revelation 3D

Basically any news on Michael J. Bassett’s upcoming sequel, Silent Hill: Revelation 3D has been pretty much null. Thankfully word has come in that Open Road has acquired the U.S. rights to the flick and a release date has been set.

According to Variety, the film will be released this October 26th, just in time for Halloween it seems.

The film follows “Heather Mason (Clemens) and her father (Bean) have been on the run from mysterious and dangerous forces. She discovers she isn’t who she thinks she is, leading her deeper into a demonic world.”

Silent Hill: Revelation 3D stars Adelaide Clemens, Carrie-Anne Moss, Malcom McDowell, Kit Harington and Sean Bean.

International sales are being handled by Lionsgate at this time. So folks, with the release date now in stone, perhaps a poster or maybe even a teaser trailer will surface soon.
