Patton Oswalt and Bob Odenkirk are in The Kitchen Sink
The comedic pool of talent keeps growing for director Robbie Pickering’s “Kitchen Sink.” Earlier this year it was announced that Dennis Leary, Mackenzie Davis, Keegan-Michael Key, Vanessa Hudgens, Nicholas Braun, and Ed Westwick were pegged to star in the upcoming horror comedy. Now three more fan favorites have joined the cast.
Deadline is reporting that Patton Oswalt, Bob Odenkirk, and Ian Roberts have all signed up for the Sony Pictures film. Oswalt is a prolific stand-up comic and a man who loves to make guest appearances in many TV shows. Meanwhile, Bob Odenkirk might be best known for his role on “Breaking Bad” as sleazy-lawyer Saul Goodman. Finally, Ian Roberts has been seen in many comedies, but his most infamous role might be the “Literal Doctor” from “Arrested Development.”
In the “‘Kitchen Sink’ the action takes place in Dilford, a place where vampires are at the top of the social order, zombies are at the bottom, and the humans are in the middle. This all goes awry and things devolve into a power struggle, and it’s up to three reps of those groups to restore harmony.”
The potential for monster hilarity is pretty high considering the people involved, here’s hoping that the creative talent behind the camera can measure up.
