Telltale Reveals Trailer for The Walking Dead: Season Two

After making a huge splash in the gaming community last year with their first Walking Dead game, many assumed that Telltale Games would release a second season sometime this year.  Ideally, around Halloween and the fourth season premiere of AMC’s “The Walking Dead.”  However, development surrounding the sequel has been relatively quiet.

Just in time for Halloween, though, Telltale has put out a reveal trailer for the upcoming second season of their episodic zombie-adventure game.  Unfortunately, we still don’t know when the game will be released as the trailer only gives us a tentative “coming soon” message.

We do have a better understanding of what the second season will be about as the description reveals that players will be stepping into the shoes of Clementine for this second go around.

Many months have passed since the events seen in Season One of The Walking Dead, and Clementine is searching for safety. But what can an ordinary child do to stay alive when the living can be just as bad — and sometimes worse — than the dead?

As Clementine, you will be tested by situations and dilemmas that will test your morals and your instinct for survival. Your decisions and actions will change the story around you, in this sequel to 2012′s Game of the Year.

Looks like it’s time to start stocking up on tissues. Check out the trailer below.  It doesn’t reveal much, but we do get a glimpse at a slightly older Clem.
