[Trailer] Evil Lurks Beneath Moscow in ‘Diggers’
Well, this looks a little awesome. From Tikhon Kornev comes his Russian horror flick Diggers (Диггеры), a film which looks to be the Russian equivalent of Christopher Smith’s Creep, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. The film looks eerie, dark and at this time has everything going for it, so I’m definitely intrigued to see if they bring anything new to the table. Check out the trailer below and see what you make of this so far?
The film stars Roman Evdokimov, Anna Vasilyeva, Alena Savastova, Vladimir Kuznetsov, Andrey Levin, Maria Schekaturova, Eugene Koryakovsky, Dean Fan, Cyril Kobzarev, and Valeria Shkirando.
Synopsis: When the last train of the night blows through the station and disappears deep into the tunnel system beneath Moscow rather than stopping and releasing its passengers, and when authorities successfully stifle all talk of the disappeared train and passengers, it falls to a group of young people to work their way into the tunnel system to try and discover what has happened to their friends. And while I have no idea if they succeed in finding what they went in looking for, they certainly find something. Courtesy of Twitch.
Diggers (Диггеры) is expected to hit Russia this February 4, 2016.
