[Trailer] Horror Anthology ‘Holidays’ Gets a Trailer and Release Date
There have been a few anthology films as of late that have focused on one holiday or another, but what if there was an anthology film that featured . . . wait for it . . . multiple holidays? Guess what? There is and we have a trailer and release date for it down below.
“Holidays” features the creative talents of Kevin Smith (“Tusk”), Anthony Scott Burns, Matt Johnson (“The Dirties”), Kevin Kolsch (“Starry Eyes”), Nicholas McCarthy (“The Pact”), Adam Egypt Mortimer (“Some Kind of Hate”), Gary Shore (“Dracula Untold”), Sarah Adina Smith (“The Midnight Swim”), Scott Stewart (“Dark Skies”), and Dennis Widmyer (“Starry Eyes”). And that’s just the behind-the-camera talent. There are also notable faces in front of it including the likes of Seth Green and Lorenza Izzo.
In “Holidays” a bunch of traditional family-friendly holidays get a twisted make-over as the anthology looks to explore the darker side of Halloween, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Christmas, Easter, and Father’s Day. The film was recently picked up by Vertical Entertainment and XYZ films and will be hitting VOD on April 15, just a day after it debuts at the Tribeca Film Festival. It’ll also be getting a limited theatrical run on April 22nd. Check out the trailer below and let us know what you think.
