[Trailer] Witness An Extra-Terrestrial Force in ‘Captive State

Several months back we learned that Rupert Wyatt’s (“The Rise of the Planet of the Apes” “The Escapist” “The Gambler) latest movie Captive State was due to be released next year in theatres on March 29th. However, at that time we just simply had the small log-line which revealed that the movie would feature an extra-terrestrial force, and now we have the official trailer which opens the entire film up. The film stars John Goodman, Ashton Sanders, Jonathan Majors, Colson Baker, and Vera Farmiga.

Synopsis: Set in a Chicago neighborhood nearly a decade after an occupation by an extra-terrestrial force, “Captive State” explores the lives on both sides of the conflict – the collaborators and dissidents. 

Rupert Wyatt directs from a script he co-wrote with Erica Beeney (“The Battle of Shaker Heights”).
