‘Underworld’ Starts Some ‘Blood Wars’

You knew there was a new Underworld film on the horizon, but we just didn’t know the exact title of the latest installment. However, that all changed recently. Over the past year, their official Facebook page turned to their fans to ask them for suggestions for the new movie, and well, a name has been chosen. The latest film will be entitled Underworld Blood Wars.

According to our friends over at Dread Central, Underworld Blood Wars will reunite Kate Beckinsale and Theo James, as they reprise their roles from the previous films. The film will also see a new Lycan leader played by Tobias Menzies. The film also stars Lara Pulver James Faulkner, Peter Andersson, Clementine Nicholson, Bradley James, Daisy Head, and Charles Dance as the returning Vampire elder Thomas.

The film is set to be directed by Anna Foerster from a script penned by Cory Goodman.

Tom Rosenberg of Lakeshore Entertainment is producing alongside Gary Lucchesi, Richard S. Wright, David Kern, and Len Wiseman.

At this time we have no details pertaining to the plot, but I’m sure many of you Underworld fans have a few ideas as to where they will take this one. So, what would you like to see in the new film?
