‘Veronica’, the New Film from [REC] Director Paco Plaza, is Now on Netflix
If you happened to be wondering today when you’d see the next feature film from “[Rec]” director Paco Plaza then wonder no more, because you can now watch his next film on Netflix.
Paco Plaza’s new film, “Veronica”, has been playing in festivals for a bit now and today the film just happened to show up on Netflix without much fanfare. While these surprise horror drops are a welcomed delight, it would be nice if they were made a bit more notable. Would it hurt to put out a press release or two Netflix? Ah well, it’s here so let’s just enjoy it now.
Here’s how Netflix describes the Spanish language film . . .
In 1991 Madrid, after holding a séance at school, a teen girl minding her younger siblings at home suspects an evil force has entered their apartment.
The film stars Sandra Escancena, Claudia Placer, and Bruna Gonzalez. Check out the trailer below and then check it out on Netflix at your convenience. Also, I should say this is definitely on US Netflix, but I don’t know about other territories.
